I've been with Celcom since 2009. Maybe it's time to switch telco? Let's all switch! I see Digi still have their free 30GB streaming for YouTube but that just it.
YouTube only. Celcom has many streaming partners though.sigh.

Ada banyak cara: pm tepi di facebook celcom, DM di twitter celcom, call customer service 1111 atau 019-601 1111 atau Selagi tak kontek, selagi tu lah dorg takkan tau masalah kamu. Bagi ja detail apa yg patut kalau dorg minta. TAPI BUKAN DI SINI YA. PR celcom ni ignorant sikit.bikin panas. So kalau dah selesai kontek dorg, boleh la kita sambung bash dorg kaw2 di sini.
Kasi dorg sedar sikit betapa teruknya servis dorg ni. Saya pakai celcom postpaid ni dah 10 tahun. Servis dorg this few years mmg betul2 teruk.
Especially coverage dan internet speed. Dah komplen banyak kali pun mcm.bleep. jg hasil dia.

I'm sorry you had to deal with that. During these moments, you should probably have a backup plan, like, maybe a prepaid sim from another telco? I'm using my own Digi prepaid as my backup internet during down times with my Celcom postpaid. But gotta admit though, their services are really going downhill these past years. Then again, who doesn't? I saw similar complaints on other telcos and ISP companies as well. Especially on facebook.
I saw some here too in this community forum. 19 years with them huh. It's like raising a baby into a teenager lol. I'm only with Celcom for 10 years.
Mine's fixed, probably today after nearly a month waiting(I lost count), plus a second 5GB compensation from them. I see my video walla's quota finally deducted after watching a few hunger-induced mukbang videos on YouTube. Now I'm hungry. 😑 Hopefully no more of these debacle in the future. 🙄 Not sure about their other streaming partners because I spent my video walla 100% on YouTube.
Well, it's only 30GB anyway. To all others who still on waiting list, best of luck! Keep hammering on them! Checking my poor little data balance, I saw my 2+ GB left suddenly become 7+ GB. Anyone else too? But wow, the talks about them refunding the wrongly eaten quota, which I read about in other post, and highly doubt, was apparently real.
I am grateful. Thank you Celcom. But after watching a few videos of 'Binging With Babbish' on YouTube, I see that my video walla's quota is still uneaten. What's even more strange(or not) that my newly refunded quota is untouched too. Ok maybe they're still in the midst of sorting things out.
Fingers crossed! This is getting interesting. My weekend quota right now(6:13pm sunday) is at 0.00GB. I'm now utilizing my weekday quota but upon streaming on YouTube or any of their streaming partners, it's eating my weekday quota instead of video walla's quota!
My video walla's quota was untouched this whole time! No wonder my weekday quota tinggal sikit!.bleep.
Celcom!! I've already sent them the details about this problem last night. They said they will highlight the matter to their tech department about this. Hopefully tomorrow it'll be fixed? Fingers crossed! Looking at the Celcom's coverage checker map, my area are suppose to have 4G coverage now, but why my phone still receive 3G/H+ only?

It can receive 4G signal elsewhere just fine though, just not at my place. Swapping sim/phone doesn't really help too. But using a simcard from their nemesis Digi or Maxis, my phone can get 4G signal just fine. Am I, we or us being lied with this misleading/false infomation on their coverage checker map? Another complaint has been sent to their OCS support, hopefully they won't treat it as phone problems.
I'll be sending a DM(Twitter) about this to our beloved Minister of Communications and Multimedia, Gobind Singh about this too. He may read it or not but fingers crossed!
