I'm so lost at this point, I'm not sure what to think.A customer has a Dell PowerEdge T310 which had Windows Server 2003 or SBS installed and they wanted me to install Windows Server 2016 on it. I did some research and see that 2016 is not compatible so I am now trying to install 2012 r2.The server has 4 x 1TB SATA drives and PERC S100 for the RAID configuration. I'm trying to set it up with RAID5 since that's what they had previously. All drives show up in the RAID setup and I can create Virtual Drives with no issues.I'm using a bootable USB drive created in Rufus and the Windows installation starts fine BUT, the hard drives are not showing up at all. I have tried using both BIOS and UEFI, I have tried using the built in OS deployment (can't load drivers), I have put any storage drivers I can find on another USB but I keep getting a message saying no signed drivers found. All 4 drives have been scanned and tested good with a Kangaroo HDD tester. Here is the 'panicky' part, the customer needs the server back by tomorrow since it's going to another state to be set up.What am I missing and how can I possibly get this working.? I have read tons of forums and tried a variety of options but now I'm lost!Thankful for any guidance here./Robert.

As you may already know, PERC S100 is a software RAID controller. It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5 and 10, but it does not have any advanced functionality, such as caching or a dedicated processor(s) to perform the RAID algorithms. All RAID transactions are performed by the system's CPU, which may degrade the system's overall processing power, when higher level RAID are utilized. Have you checked the BIOS for boot order. Also you may want to go to Dell site and put in your service tag number for the T310 and download the System Management disk to boot to then install your OS.
